CUI refers people to Bayside Community Center for utility assistance when CUI can't help anymore. Unfortunately if CUI helped you in the past then you can not qualify for Bayside Community services assistance program. Even with $600,000.00 in Funding August 12, 2008 they refuse to help people who desperately need $ 300 to pay their SD+G Electric bill. They simply said it's not their problem.
